We have a number of academic training posts in Paediatrics and Child Health for foundation level and speciality trainees [ Further information ]. The AUP also runs two postgraduate programmes; the STEPP programme and the MSc in Child Health.

Professional development and postgraduate teaching qualifications

The School of Medicine provides ongoing professional development opportunities, which are usually free to NHS staff involved in teaching. There are a number of courses available both locally and via distance learning, from Certificate to Masters level and we would encourage any interested trainee or consultant to consider one of these courses [ Further information ].
